Chocolate Kokis is a deep-fried, crispy Sri Lankan dessert with Dutch origins, consisting of a batter made withcoconut milk, Chocolate, eggs, and rice flour. The batter is coated around decorative moulds and deep-fried incoconut oil until it develops a crispy texture. Kokis can be consumed as an appetizer, snack, or dessert, andit is especially popular around Sinhala and Tamil New Year celebrations. This is a variation of Kokis whichspecially added Chocolate for better flavour.
